Do you ship to all states in India?
Yes — we deliver pan-India through established courier partners. Standard transit is 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available as an option at checkout.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity for retail purchases — you can order a single component. For B2B and bulk pricing, please contact us for a tiered quotation; volume pricing begins at 50 units.
How do I verify component authenticity?
All components are procured exclusively from authorized distributors with full traceability. Datasheets are provided as standard. Authorized distributor certificates are available on request for bulk procurement.
Do you offer PCB design services?
Yes. Our in-house design service covers schematic capture, PCB layout, DRC/ERC review, Gerber file generation, BOM preparation, and small-batch manufacturing coordination. Submit your design brief and we will provide a formal quotation within 48 hours.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe), Credit and Debit Cards, Net Banking, and NEFT/RTGS for large orders. GST-compliant tax invoices are issued automatically for every transaction.
What is your returns and warranty policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original manufacturer packaging. Components found to be defective are replaced at no additional charge.
